How do I place an order?
You can easily order through our webshop, search for the product you would like to order via the search function or go to the right category. Then select the correct size and click on add to shopping cart. After you have added all the desired products to your shopping cart, choose continue with checkout. Just fill in the requested details and select a payment method. Finally, you choose to complete your order, you will be directed to the payment method you have chosen.

My order is incorrect or incomplete
Sometimes we make a mistake, have you received the wrong (size) socks? Or is something else wrong with your order? Tell us and we will solve it! You can email us, call us or send us a message via Facebook Messenger.
I'm not completely satisfied
Are the socks not quite what you expected? You can simply send them back. Look on the page about returns for an explanation of how we will arrange this.
I have a complaint
We can learn from complaints, preferably send us an e-mail with the complaint. You will find our details on the contact page. We strive to have your complaint handled within a week.
