After you have received the socks, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the socks or whether you would rather send them back. On this page we have listed all the rules regarding returns.

Condition of the socks

  • You may rate the socks as you would in a physical store.
  • We would like the socks back with originally attached labels.
  • For reasons of hygiene, the socks must not be worn.

How to send them back

  • Send us an email with the item numbers you want to return, along with your order number. We are also very curious about the reason for return, but you are not obliged to include this.
  • Then pack the socks (you can reuse the packaging in which we sent the socks)
  • Don't forget to send (a copy of) the packing slip so that we know who the package is from.
  • Send the socks with sufficient postage to:

    • Helios 280
    • 7904 HP Hoogeveen
  • You can choose whether you send the socks as a letter or as a letterbox package (with track & trace). The risk for shipment lies with the sender.
  • You can also use the model form for withdrawal, you can download this at the bottom of this page.

How much money do you get back?

  • Do you return the entire order? Then you will receive the full purchase amount + any paid shipping costs from us back to you.
  • Do you return part of the order? Then you will receive the purchase amount of the returned products.
  • You always pay the shipping costs that you make for returning the socks yourself, and we cannot refund them.

How do we pay back?

  • We like a quick handling, therefore you will receive the money back on your account within 3 working days after receiving the socks.
  • We will pay you back as you paid us
  • We refund PayPal payments to your PayPal account.
  • We refund credit card payments to your credit card.
  • You will receive the amount to be repaid on the bank account number you used to pay us to prevent fraud.
